My intention is to create a calm and peaceful place for you to rest and reconnect.

My Story

I come to this work with a calm, steady presence and a deep belief in the body’s innate wisdom.

After years of giving more than I received, I moved through a season of depletion that invited me back to myself — a quiet awakening that led me to the healing arts, Craniosacral Therapy and breathwork.

These practices taught me to slow down, listen inward, and honour the subtle rhythms that guide us toward balance and wholeness.

What I experienced through this journey — the softening, the release, the return to my own calm centre — is the very essence of what I now offer to others.

In my practice, I invite clients to slow down and feel.

I create a gentle, grounded space where the nervous system can soften, unwind, and remember its natural rhythm. Through light touch and deep presence, I support clients in easing tension, releasing emotional layers and reconnecting with the quiet truth within themselves.

My work is rooted in compassion, unconditional love and the simple truth that healing unfolds when we feel safe, seen and held in stillness.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in Craniosacral Therapy, Trauma Imprint Repair and a profound respect for the intelligence of our beings. I believe the body tells the truth long before the mind does, and that when given the right conditions, it knows exactly how to unwind, reorganize, and heal.

I hold each session as a sacred space of neutrality ; a place where nothing needs to be forced, rushed, or fixed. Here, you are met with compassion, presence, and deep listening.

Healing happens when the body feels safe.
In our work together, I create a steady, grounded environment where your system can relax its defences and open to a new experience.
This neutrality allows old patterns, trauma imprints, and emotional holdings to come forward gently, without overwhelm.

LISTENING WITH HANDS + HEART

I listen with both my hands and my awareness, attuning to the subtle rhythms, tensions, and stories held within your tissues.
Nothing is imposed.
Nothing is pushed.
I follow your body’s cues, allowing it to lead the way at its own pace.
